One of the highlights of the Westcott Expo, is the opportunity to join a tour of different site facilities and meet Space Cluster companies.
If you indicated you would like to join a tour during the registration process, a tour schedule will be provided for you on the day. Please wear comfortable footwear.
The Westcott site is large, and so the tours will involve shuttle bus transfers and short walking transfers between sites. Please stick to your tour schedule, as tour locations and timings are carefully planned to ensure as many attendees as possible can take advantage of the tours available.
Event wifi is available in the main Expo marquees. You can access the wifi using the following information:

Return transfers will leave the Westcott Expo site at 5pm.
We are currently monitoring the situation with the planned rail strike on 27th July. If the strike goes ahead as planned, we would recommend that you make alternative plans to travel to the expo by car to avoid any delays.
Please do not attend the event if you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms or have tested positive for Covid. The legal requirement to wear a face covering in England has ended and face masks are not mandatory during the event. However, personal preference to wear a mask is the individual’s choice so please feel free to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces should you choose to. Hand sanitiser will be available around the site. We will ensure our event spaces have good ventilation all around and there is plenty of space for you to enjoy the event in a safe environment.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We look forward to seeing you!
